About the Role:

HR Executive (Fresher)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and maintain employee records.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and daily HR operations.
  • Coordinate with employees for queries and engagement activities.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks like invoices, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Coordinate with accounts team for salary and reimbursement processes.


Required Qualifications:

  • BBA or B.Com Graduate.
  • MBA in HR / Finance / Operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email writing.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
