HR Executive (Fresher)

As a Human Resources Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in strategically planning HR initiatives to enhance the company's performance and promote efficiency among employees. Your responsibilities will include: - Directing all hiring and training procedures for new employees - Monitoring employee progress, ensuring a positive and productive company climate and culture - Coordinating and directing work activities for managers and employees - Fostering cross-functional relationships and promoting proper communication - Conducting regular progress reviews and assessments with employees - Creating a positive and open work environment for issue resolution - Managing and supervising other HR staff to ensure effective task execution To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Comfort working in a highly visible role - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong ethical values and dependability - Experience in mediation and conflict resolution - Positive attitude with a proactive approach - Effective stress management and decision-making skills - Attentive listener with empathy and personable demeanor - Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, and various HR software programs - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and educate department managers and employees on HR matters This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule and a yearly bonus.
