Job Description

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to provide essential HR and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves assisting in HR processes, employee relations, office administration and compliance.

Role & responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding).
Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and personnel files.
Support payroll processing by collecting attendance records and leave data.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Help coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling and feedback collection.
Assist in the administration of employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
Support the execution of HR policies and compliance with labor laws.
Prepare HR-related reports and analytics as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in Human Resources.
Basic knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR Software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
