HR Executive (Fresher)

Job description

The HR Executive (Fresher) supports day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR coordination. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
• Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
• Coordinate attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of HR processes and practices
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
