Job Title: Sales and Staffing Coordinator Location: Mohali Experience: 0-4 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Staffing Coordinator to support our business development and client acquisition efforts. This role combines lead research, outreach coordination, staffing model understanding, and sales skills to help grow our client base and close new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Lead Research & Generation Identify and research potential client companies through online platforms, databases, and networking. Maintain and update a pipeline of prospective leads. Analyze company needs and hiring trends. Client Outreach & Coordination Initiate and manage communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels. Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with potential clients. Serve as a liaison between the sales and recruitment teams to ensure smooth communication. Staffing Model & Solution Selling Understand and explain various staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire). Present suitable staffing solutions based on client needs. Collaborate with internal recruiters to align on candidate delivery strategies. Sales & Lead Conversion Build relationships with decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers). Pitch services effectively and negotiate terms. Close leads into active clients and ensure handover to the delivery/recruitment team. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, staffing, or recruitment coordination. Strong knowledge of staffing models and recruitment processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn for prospecting. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Nice to Have: Prior experience in the staffing industry (IT, healthcare, finance, etc.). Understanding of market trends and competitor landscape.
