Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Coimbatore. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the institution's educational products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing data to evaluate the performance of marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns for better performance, managing budgets, and working closely with other teams to ensure consistency in branding. The individual will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, staying updated with new digital marketing trends, and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Skills in data analysis, market research, and performance tracking
• Knowledge in campaign management, budget management, and optimization techniques
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Analytics tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Previous experience in the education sector is mandatory

• Minimum 6 years of experience is mandatory
