Job Overview
We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other Social & Search platforms. This is a strategic hands-on role client facing role where you'll manage full-funnel, data-driven campaigns for international clients, with a strong focus on acquisition, retention, and ROI.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, creatives, product, and strategy) to launch impactful campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep Paid Media expertise, international campaign experience & client management, and a strong understanding of how performance marketing connects to the broader customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and hands-on execution across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bing, Snapchat, and other paid media platforms.
- Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns focused on achieving strong ROAS, CAC efficiency, and scalable growth across multiple geographies (US, UK, and global markets).
- Develop full-funnel media strategies spanning acquisition, retargeting, retention, and churn-prevention campaigns.
- Define the channel mix, audience segmentation, and media budget allocation aligned with overall business and client goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and performance reports that drive optimization decisions.
- Lead A/B testing on creatives, copy, bidding, and landing pages to enhance conversion performance and overall media efficiency.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging industry trends to continuously improve performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, programmatic, data science, sales, and tech) to align strategies and drive integrated performance marketing outcomes.
- Contribute to developing automation frameworks, internal tools, and processes to scale campaign performance efficiently.
- Onboard, train, and mentor junior PPC and social media specialists, ensuring high operational standards and continuous learning.
- Build and maintain SOPs for campaign operations, QA, and reporting to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Create and present client-ready performance reviews, strategic insights, and recommendations that highlight impact and drive growth.
Requirements and Skills
Experience & Expertise
- 3+ years managing Meta & TikTok campaigns (mandatory)
- 3+ years managing Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, and other paid search campaigns
- Experience with other social platforms (Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, Reddit) is a plus
- Proven ability to develop, execute, and optimize both brand and performance campaigns
- Experience running multi-national campaigns across Europe, Asia, Middle East, North and South America
Strategic & Analytical Skills
- Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, data-driven targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Strong understanding of keyword strategy, conversion funnels, and pixel-based tracking
- Expertise in creating and interpreting dashboards, attribution models, and campaign performance reports
- Track record of building and scaling performance-driven media strategies
Leadership & Team Management
- Strong leadership skills: upskilling team members, setting operational standards, and leading by example
- Ability to create market-leading strategic narratives to win, grow, and retain business
- Experience managing and mentoring junior specialists or campaign executives
Client & Communication Skills
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills, able to clearly communicate strategies, performance insights, and campaign outcomes
- Skilled in storytelling and delivering client-ready presentations
Tools & Technical Skills
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Data Studio / Looker Studio, tag management, and campaign reporting tools
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Experience with automation tools, feed management, or PPC-focused tech platforms is a plus
- Willingness to learn, test, and adopt new tools and methodologies
