Field Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Offline Channel (Hotels, GT, MT & Exhibitions) Job Description: FreshLuxe is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to lead our offline retail sales initiatives. The role involves developing new business across hotels, general trade stores, modern trade outlets, and representing the brand at exhibitions and events. Offline Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and onboard new hotels, general trade (GT), and modern trade (MT) stores. Conduct regular field visits to pitch products, negotiate deals, and close orders. Monitor and maintain product visibility, availability, and in-store execution. Plan and execute promotions to boost sales at retail points. 2. Exhibitions & Events OwnershipRepresent FreshLuxe at trade shows, exhibitions, and consumer events. Set up and manage brand stalls, ensure visual appeal, and handle walk-in customers. Promote product sampling and drive on-the-spot sales at the stall. Collect leads and feedback for post-event follow-up. 3. Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture strong relationships with store owners, hotel procurement teams, and event organizers. Provide product training and ensure high customer satisfaction across all touchpoints. 4. Reporting & CoordinationMaintain daily records of store visits, sales targets, and event outcomes. Share regular reports with management on sales progress and field activities. Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for timely supply and delivery. Requirements:1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel locally and manage event setups. Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused. Fluent in English and regional language(s) for effective communication.
