About the Role:


You will be the lead strategist for our international markets (USA, UK, Europe, etc.), managing substantial budgets across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms. If you have mastered the art of scaling ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for physical products in global markets, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities (Strategic & Operational):

1. Multi-Channel Campaign Management (Global Focus)

  • Google Ads:

    End-to-end management of Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns targeting international time zones and demographics.
  • Meta Ads (FB/Insta):

    Design and execute high-conversion funnels using custom audiences, lookalikes, and dynamic product ads (DPA).
  • New Channels:

    Test and scale opportunities on Pinterest Ads, Bing Ads, or TikTok Ads suitable for export markets.

2. Technical E-commerce & Feed Management

  • Merchant Centre Mastery:

     Handle complex product feed optimisations, diagnose and fix item disapprovals/suspensions, and ensure healthy data flow between the website and ad platforms.
  • Tracking & Attribution:

    Expert-level implementation of

    GA4

    , Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Conversion API (CAPI) to ensure accurate data tracking despite iOS/cookie restrictions.

3. Data Analysis & ROAS Optimisation

  • Budget Scaling:

    efficiently scale daily ad spend while maintaining or improving Target ROAS.
  • A/B Testing:

    Continuously test ad creatives (video vs. static), ad copy, landing pages, and offers to lower CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
  • Reporting:

    Create automated dashboards (Looker Studio) to report on key metrics: ROAS, POAS (Profit on Ad Spend), CAC, and LTV.

4. Market Strategy

  • Analyse competitor ads in the US/European markets to stay ahead of trends.
  • Adapt strategies for different seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) and regional holidays.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    3 Years

    of hands-on experience in Paid Media for E-commerce (DTC brands preferred).
  • Export Expertise:

    Proven track record of marketing to

    international audiences

    (understanding US/UK consumer psychology is a must).
  • Platform Proficiency:

    Certified Expert in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
  • Tech Stack:

    Deep knowledge of

    Shopify/WooCommerce

    backends, Google Analytics 4, and Feed Management tools.
  • Language:

    Excellent command of English (Written) for ad copy and landing page optimisation.
