The Role

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Digital Advertising Manager to join our dynamic team in Gandhinagar. This on-site role is critical to our growth, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our entire paid advertising strategy across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert in both social media advertising (Meta, Pinterest, etc.) and Google Ads, with a proven track record of driving profitable e-commerce sales.


You will be in charge of the entire paid media lifecycle, from strategy and budget allocation to campaign creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, with the primary goal of maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning:

    Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive paid media strategy across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Campaign Management:

  • Google Ads:

    Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube. Conduct keyword research, manage bids, optimize product feeds, and implement effective retargeting strategies.
  • Social Media Ads:

    Create and manage compelling ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Pinterest. Target specific audiences, A/B test creatives and ad copy, and optimize for conversions.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as ROAS, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track user behavior and attribute conversions accurately.
  • Provide regular, insightful reports on advertising performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes, failures, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Budget Management:

    Manage and allocate the digital advertising budget effectively across all channels to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximize returns.
  • Creative Collaboration:

    Work closely with our in-house creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives (images, videos, carousels) tailored for each platform and audience segment. Provide data-backed insights to guide future creative development.
  • Market Research & Innovation:

    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising and the e-commerce home decor space. Proactively test new channels and strategies to unlock new growth opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in managing and scaling campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and online customer acquisition.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong budget management skills and experience optimizing for key metrics like ROAS and CPA.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Must be able to work full-time from our office in Gandhinagar.


Bonus Points (Preferred):

  • Direct experience managing campaigns for a home decor, fashion, or visually-driven e-commerce brand.
  • Hands-on experience with Pinterest Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with advanced A/B testing methodologies and tools.
