Social Media Manager

• Create, schedule, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  
• Design engaging graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
  
• Plan and execute Meta Ad Campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to drive reach, engagement, and leads.
  
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
  
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare analytics reports.
  
• Respond to comments/messages and manage online community engagement.
  
• Apply basic SEO practices (optional but preferred).

Requirements

• Experience in social media management or a similar role.
  
• Strong content creation skills — graphics, reels, and video editing.
  
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing tools.
  
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools.
  
• Good communication and storytelling ability.
  
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
  
• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management.
