• Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to optimize the company's social media presence.
• Content Creation:
• Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing initiatives.
• Community Management:
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive online community and address any negative interactions or feedback diplomatically.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to improve social media performance.
• Use analytics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
• Coordinate social media activities with other departments to support overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
