Job Description

Your Role:

Take complete ownership of the brands social media mandate — including content planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Develop always-on content strategies and digital-first campaigns aligned with client goals.
Ensure consistent storytelling, tone of voice, and brand visuals across platforms.
Collaborate closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
Track, analyze, and report social media performance, drawing actionable insights to grow engagement and reach.
Stay informed on industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity to optimize content strategies.
Guide and mentor junior team members across projects.

What We're Looking For:

4–6 years of hands-on experience in social media/content, preferably in an agency setup with consumer-facing brands.
B2B preferred

Strong understanding of digital culture, content formats, and platform-specific nuances.
Proven ability to lead social media campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to reporting.
Confident communicator with strong client and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance creativity with strategy and data-backed decision-making.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
