CRM Manager

Experience : 2–4 years in real estate industry (mandatory) Gender : Female (as specified) Vehicle Requirement : Must own a vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints related to property transactions. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and drive conversions. Manage CRM tools to track client interactions, update records, and generate reports. Ensure compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act) guidelines in all client interactions and documentation. Assist with RERA-related documentation, property registrations, and compliance processes. Conduct site visits with clients as needed, requiring personal vehicle use. Ensure timely payment follow-ups and resolve client issues promptly. Qualifications : 2–4 years of experience exclusively in the real estate industry. In-depth knowledge of RERA regulations and compliance requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and Hindi; Punjabi is a plus). Familiarity with real estate documentation, loan processes, and client handling. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office. Valid driving license and ownership of a vehicle for client meetings and site visits.
