Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong relationships with clients from booking to handover and beyond. Handle all post-sales activities, including agreement execution, payment follow-ups, and possession coordination. Maintain and update the CRM software with accurate client data and project details. Coordinate with finance, legal, and site teams for timely customer updates. Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
