Job Title: CRM Manager

Location: Mahadevpura

Department: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Reporting To: Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM professional to manage and enhance the client experience throughout the property purchase journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams for smooth handovers, managing post-sales documentation, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients from booking to handover and beyond.
  • Handle all post-sales activities, including agreement execution, payment follow-ups, and possession coordination.
  • Maintain and update the CRM software with accurate client data and project details.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and site teams for timely customer updates.
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Schedule and manage customer meetings, site visits, and handover appointments.
  • Prepare MIS reports on customer interactions, collections, and handover status.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per the payment schedule.
  • Send regular project updates and communication to customers.
  • Support marketing and sales teams with customer insights and retention strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or company-specific tools).
  • Good knowledge of real estate processes and documentation.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up discipline.

Qualifications:

  • 2–6 years of experience in CRM / post-sales / customer service, preferably in real estate.

Preferred:

  • Experience in residential property sales support.
  • Knowledge of RERA regulations and documentation process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
