Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to be the driving force behind our customer engagement and retention efforts. You will be responsible for managing and leveraging our CRM platform to maintain accurate customer data, execute targeted marketing campaigns (e.g., email, SMS), and analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. This role requires a professional who is data-driven, highly organized, and excellent at coordinating across sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a consistently positive customer journey. Key Requirements:  * Proven experience working with a CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).  * Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.  * Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.  * Focus on improving customer loyalty and maximizing retention.
