Respected Candidates Hope you are doing well We need a candidates for the position of Sr. Executive- Performance Marketing (Meta Ads) for one of our Skincare Manufacturing Organization which is part of Nykaa Experience :- Minimum 3 years Location:- Kolkata Salary:- Upto 8 LPA Reports to: Manager - Marketing Details: Need a person who has done Meta Ads conversion no lead generation. Preferable from experience in the D2C platform. Have handled minimum 3-5 Lakhs per month as ad revenue only for meta. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Sr Executive – Performance Marketing to drive high impact paid marketing campaigns and optimize customer acquisition strategies for our D2C brand . The ideal candidate has a proven track record of handling large-scale ad budgets (₹1Cr+ monthly), executing ROI-driven performance marketing strategies, and scaling revenue growth across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Strategy & Execution: 1. Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Programmatic, and other paid channels). 2.Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV. 3. Develop audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to enhance conversion rates. 4. Scale paid campaigns while maintaining profitability and brand positioning. Budgeting & Performance Tracking: Manage and allocate a ₹1 Cr+ monthly ad budget efficiently across platforms to maximize returns. Monitor key metrics and provide weekly and monthly performance reports. Adjust campaign strategies based on real-time data insights and market trends. Data Analysis & Optimization: Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking tools to analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance. Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting. Identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel and optimize customer journeys. Creative & Ad Optimization: Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copies, videos, and landing pages. Test different creative, messaging, and ad formats to improve engagement and conversion rates. Stay updated on the latest trends in ad creative, competitor strategies, and platform updates. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in a D2C or E-commerce environment. Proven experience managing ₹1 Cr+ monthly ad budgets across multiple channels. Key Skills: Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Programmatic Advertising. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics Hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets Experience in performance-driven creative testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Strong problem-solving abilities with a growth mind set. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
