We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. As a Performance Marketing Executive at ZFunds, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition, optimizing performance campaigns, and maximizing ROI across various digital channels. This is a full-time, office-based position, and the interview process will involve offline discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Media Campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.):

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Focus on driving user acquisition through well-targeted ads and budget management.
• Continuously optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize performance and minimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Performance Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant tools.
• Create detailed performance reports, showcasing key metrics such as ROI, CPC, CTR, and LTV.
• Leverage data-driven insights to adjust campaigns for better results.

• A/B Testing & Campaign Optimization:

• Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to identify the most effective strategies.
• Use insights from testing to optimize campaigns and improve user conversion rates.

• Collaboration & Strategy:

• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
• Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align digital campaigns with company goals and objectives.

• Budget Management:

• Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets efficiently to achieve the best possible results.
• Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while maximizing performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on paid media campaigns.

• Skills:

• Solid understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other performance analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and campaign management skills.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
