Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. Focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROI-driven marketing initiatives. Monitors campaign performance, analyzes metrics, and implements improvements.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CPL, CPC, ROI, CTR, etc.).
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword research to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Selection Criteria

Prior experience in digital/performance marketing, lead generation, or paid advertising.
Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and reporting tools.
Data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
