Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Run ROI-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, segmentation, and bid strategy planning.
• Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to achieve CPA, CPL, and ROAS targets.
• Manage budgets and track daily spend to ensure optimal utilisation.

Optimisation & Analytics

• Continuously monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
• Analyse campaign data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Ensure proper tracking using UTM parameters, GA4, and pixel integrations.

Creatives & Collaboration

• Work with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Coordinate with sales/CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Tools & Platforms

• Google Ads Manager
• Meta Business Manager
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager (optional)
• SEMrush / Ahrefs (optional)

Required Skills

• 1–3 years experience in performance / paid marketing.
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, funnel metrics.
• Experience running lead gen or e-commerce campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel/Sheets proficiency.
• Familiarity with landing page optimisation.

Good to Have

• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification.
• Basic knowledge of Canva / creative briefing.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing or influencer performance campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
