Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Full-Funnel Digital Acquisition

  • Plan and run performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, UAC, Display, and affiliate partners.
  • Own CAC, conversions, ROAS, and install quality (for mobile app and website).

Data, Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor daily campaign performance (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS, drop-offs).
  • Perform A/B tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages, messaging, and funnel steps.
  • Drive attribution accuracy using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, MMPs, or third-party trackers.

Creative, Content & Landing Page Collaboration

  • Work closely with design/content teams to create high-performing ad creatives, videos, and landing pages.
  • Suggest hooks, angles, communication styles, and audience insights for better ad performance.

Funnel & Growth Experiments

  • Run experiments across awareness consideration conversion funnels.
  • Build remarketing and lookalike audiences to re-engage high-intent users.
  • Identify new channels, formats, and targeting strategies to scale efficiently.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Work with external vendors, affiliates, agencies, and internal teams to achieve acquisition goals.
  • Monitor and reduce click fraud / invalid traffic.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and next steps.
  • Present clear data-backed recommendations for scaling or optimising campaigns.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 24 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (agency/startup/SaaS/D2C preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, UAC, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience managing budgets, pacing, scaling campaigns, and controlling CAC.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with dashboards, attribution tools, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to convert data into insights, and insights into actions.
  • Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with design, product, content, and leadership teams.
  • Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and comfort with fast-moving environments.
