Job Title; Relationship Manager Experience; 1-3 years Job Location: Gurgaon, CTC- Upto 4 pa Working days - Mon- Sat Education Qualification: Graduate NISM VA is mandatory Immediate joiners only Role & Responsibility: Build relationships with key employees among customers by doing B2B & B2C Sales and Promotion of Investment Products such as Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Health Insurance etc Managing investments & maintaining Client relationships, interact directly with clients, reviewing their portfolios, giving regular updates, resolving their queries. · Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager · Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets · Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms. · A customer-oriented attitude · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Problem-solving aptitude About Us ZFunds is on a mission to democratize personal finance.
