ZFunds | LinkedIn Position Summary The Head of Learning and Development will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training strategies that support both internal employees and mutual fund distributors . This role is critical in ensuring all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to represent ZFunds effectively, stay compliant with industry regulations, and deliver outstanding client service. You will collaborate closely with product teams, business leaders, and senior management to align learning initiatives with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities Learning Strategy & Program Design Sales Enablement & Product Knowledge Needs Assessment & Learning Customization Training Delivery & Coaching Performance Measurement & Optimization Promoting a Culture of Learning Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 5 years in the financial services or mutual fund sector. Develop and lead an integrated L&D strategy covering product knowledge, sales capability, customer experience, and compliance—targeted at both employees and distribution partners. Proven ability to design and execute L&D programs for both internal teams and external partner ecosystems. Deep knowledge of mutual fund products, distribution channels, regulatory frameworks, and sales enablement strategies. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
