Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketing Executive located in Gurugram. As a Performance Marketing Executive at Tussle Digital, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising campaigns, monitoring campaign results, and providing insights to optimize performance and return on investment. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop campaign ideas.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across various channels such as paid search, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and more.

Campaign Execution:

  • Implement and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data, adjusting targeting, budgets, and creative elements to improve ROI.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different channels to maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor spending, report on budget utilization, and make data-driven recommendations for budget adjustments.

A/B Testing:

  • Conduct A/B testing on various elements of campaigns to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Implement learnings from testing to enhance overall campaign performance.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Proactively recommend and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with running paid ad campaigns on social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data, set up tracking and analyze campaign performance
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tiktok Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and SaaS marketing is a plus.
  • Certifications in relevant marketing platforms are desirable.
