Performance Marketing Executive

Designation: Account Executive (Performance Marketing)

About the Role

We are looking for an Executive who can support client accounts by managing content calendars, running ads, analysing performance reports, and coordinating day-to-day client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily coordination with clients — calls, follow-ups, WIP documents.
• Create & execute monthly content calendars (FB/IG/LinkedIn).
• Run and optimise digital ad campaigns on Meta & Google.
• Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns run on time & accurately.
• Pull performance data and prepare monthly reports with insights.
• Work with internal creative and strategy teams to deliver on client goals.

Required Skills

• 6–12 months experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (must-have) and basic Google Ads.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Good Excel / Sheets knowledge (for reports).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines.

Preference to

• Experience with content planning or community management.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Planner, Buffer, etc.)
• Basic Canva/Adobe skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• running Digital Marketing Campaigns : 1 year (Required)
• Client Coordination: 1 year (Preferred)
