Job Description

About Company:

Mobyink Innovations (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
Manage performance marketing for multiple D2C brands simultaneously.

Data & Analytics

Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, and other key metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Strategy & Collaboration

Coordinate with design, content, and web teams to ensure impactful creatives and landing pages.
Suggest audience strategies, funnel improvements, and scaling approaches.

Experimentation & Scaling

Test new campaign structures, creatives, and audiences.
Scale high-performing campaigns based on data-supported decisions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce or D2C brands preferred.
Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to take ownership of results and manage multiple brand accounts.
