Position Overview

We’re looking for a

Performance Marketing Executive

who can take ownership of our digital acquisition channels and deliver measurable business growth. This role is focused on running high-performing campaigns, optimizing funnels, and introducing automation to ensure scalable, sustainable lead generation for our B2B business.As the Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll combine hands-on campaign execution with a data-driven approach, ensuring every initiative directly contributes to pipeline growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage budgets effectively and allocate spend for maximum impact.
  • Continuously test creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to improve performance.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and deliver regular performance reports.
  • Conduct structured A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and scale winning strategies.
  • Translate data insights into actionable improvements across channels.

Funnel Development & Remarketing

  • Design and manage marketing funnels to guide prospects from awareness to conversion.
  • Build remarketing campaigns to re-engage high-intent audiences and improve pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to improve landing pages and conversion paths.

Automation & Efficiency

  • Implement automation workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, or ActiveCampaign to streamline campaign execution and lead management.
  • Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual marketing tasks.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in marketing processes and optimize for speed and scalability.

Lead Generation

  • Drive strategies to consistently generate high-quality B2B leads.
  • Explore emerging platforms, partnerships, and acquisition tactics to expand reach.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality alignment and smooth pipeline handoff.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Proven success managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong grasp of funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimization tactics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with B2B lead scoring and sales pipeline processes.
