Job Overview


Performance Marketer with at least 6 years of experience


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaign Optimization

  • Design, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on acquiring high-quality leads.
  • Optimize campaigns to increase lead volume, improve lead quality, and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL).
  • Leverage PPC, paid social, programmatic ads, and display marketing to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Analyze user behavior and sales funnels to identify conversion barriers.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create optimized landing pages and A/B test variations.
  • Implement strategies that improve the entire customer journey, from lead acquisition to sale.

ROI and Performance Tracking

  • Maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and overall marketing ROI.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze KPIs such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to track performance and guide decisions.

Multi-Channel Campaign Management

  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage audiences and increase conversions.
  • Collaborate with creatives to craft compelling ad assets tailored to target audiences.

Budget Management & Optimization

  • Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum results.
  • Optimize bidding strategies to lower CPL and CPA.
  • Provide recommendations for budget shifts based on real-time campaign performance.

Client Acquisition & Segmentation

  • Develop strategies to acquire high-value clients aligned with business goals.
  • Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement.
  • Utilize advanced targeting techniques, including lookalike audiences and behavioral retargeting.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Present results and strategies to stakeholders, highlighting wins and areas for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications

  • Minimum

    4 to 6 years of proven experience

    as a Performance Marketer or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in PPC, social media advertising, and performance-based marketing strategies.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, campaign optimization, and conversion improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C lead generation, particularly with high-value clients.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing substantial marketing budgets.
