Role Overview

data-driven performance marketer

This role also demands hands-on SEO execution — on-page, off-page, and technical — to grow organic visibility for Mediversal’s digital assets (website, blogs, and app pages).

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads & Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  Google Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max

  campaigns.
• Conduct

  keyword research, ad copy testing, bid optimization,

  and audience segmentation.
• Create and manage

  conversion tracking, retargeting, and campaign automation

  .
• Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and optimize CAC, CTR, and ROI.
• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams for landing page A/B testing and CRO.

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive

  SEO strategies

  for web and app growth.
• Conduct

  site audits, keyword mapping, and backlink outreach.

• Improve

  on-page optimization

  (titles, meta tags, schema, internal linking).
• Partner with content and tech teams to ensure

  technical SEO compliance.

• Track keyword rankings and website health using

  GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.

Analytics & Reporting

• Build dashboards for campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Looker.
• Present actionable insights and growth experiments to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in

  Performance Marketing / Digital Growth / SEO.

• Proven results in

  Google Ads ROI optimization and SEO ranking improvements.

• Strong understanding of

  GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and keyword tools.

• Experience with

  healthcare, e-commerce, or app-based businesses

  is a plus.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about measurable growth.
