Our flagship hospital is scaling its critical care services to set new benchmarks for intensive-care outcomes in Eastern India. As an Attending / Associate Consultant, you will steer evidence-based protocols, mentor multidisciplinary teams and drive continuous quality improvement across our advanced ICU complex. ๐—ž๐—ฒ๐˜† ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€ โ€ข Oversee day-to-day management of medical, surgical and neuro-critical care beds โ€ข Perform and supervise advanced procedures: invasive ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, bedside ultrasound, CRRT and ECMO readiness โ€ข Lead daily multidisciplinary rounds with surgery, cardiology, anesthesiology and ED teams โ€ข Run audit cycles, morbidityโ€“mortality reviews and clinical research projects โ€ข Uphold Mediversalโ€™s core values of Trust โ€ข Transparency โ€ข Care for every patient and family ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜€ โ€ข MD / DNB (Medicine or Anaesthesia) plus DM / DrNB / FNB in Critical Care or IDCCM / IFCCM โ€ข Minimum 1โ€“2 years hands-on ICU management in a reputed tertiary hospital โ€ข Proven expertise in rapid decision making, crisis resource management and team coaching โ€ข Demonstrated academic engagement through workshops, publications or teaching ๐—ช๐—ต๐˜† ๐—ท๐—ผ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ณ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ด๐˜€๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฝ ๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—น โ€ข Fully equipped ICU with 24 ร— 7 cath-lab, radiology and lab services โ€ข Transparent clinical governance and zero-compromise patient-safety standards โ€ข A collaborative environment that respects clinician autonomy and innovation ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป - Patna, Bihar Show more Show less
