Attending / Associate Consultant - Critical Care

As an Attending / Associate Consultant at our flagship hospital in Eastern India, you will play a crucial role in scaling the critical care services to set new benchmarks for intensive-care outcomes. You will be responsible for steering evidence-based protocols, mentoring multidisciplinary teams, and driving continuous quality improvement across our advanced ICU complex. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee day-to-day management of medical, surgical, and neuro-critical care beds - Perform and supervise advanced procedures such as invasive ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, bedside ultrasound, CRRT, and ECMO readiness - Lead daily multidisciplinary rounds with surgery, cardiology, anesthesiology, and ED teams - Run audit cycles, morbidity-mortality reviews, and clinical research projects - Uphold Mediversals core values of Trust, Transparency, and Care for every patient and family **Qualifications Required:** - MD / DNB in Medicine or Anaesthesia plus DM / DrNB / FNB in Critical Care or IDCCM / IFCCM - Minimum 12 years of hands-on ICU management experience in a reputed tertiary hospital - Proven expertise in rapid decision making, crisis resource management, and team coaching - Demonstrated academic engagement through workshops, publications, or teaching The company offers a fully equipped ICU with 24/7 cath-lab, radiology, and lab services.
