Role Description This is a full-time ICU Incharge role located on-site at Mediversal Healthcare in Patna. The ICU Incharge will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the ICU, coordinating patient care, managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining quality of care. The role involves working closely with medical teams and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. Qualifications Critical Care Nursing, Patient Monitoring, and ICU Management skills Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field Valid nursing license in the state of Bihar Show more Show less
