Performance Marketer

Job Title: Performance Marketer (Full time) Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Gurgaon [On site] Industry: Coworking / Real Estate (preferred but not mandatory) Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor Role About the Role We are looking for a results-driven, analytical, and creative Performance Marketer to join our in-house team. This is a high-impact individual role where you will manage the entire funnel — from strategy and execution to optimization. If you're passionate about digital performance, ROAS, and scaling growth campaigns, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms Strategically suggest and guide the team on budget allocation for each campaign based on business goals, platform benchmarks, and overall budget Manage and optimize budgets to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions Monitor key performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and continuously improve campaign performance Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, targeting, and landing pages Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to align campaign messaging Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices Maintain and share a portfolio of past campaigns and performance outcomes Key Result Areas (KRAs): Monthly lead generation targets met or exceeded Reduction in CPL and improved ROAS Conversion tracking accuracy and campaign health Efficient ad budget utilization and reporting Growth in traffic and engagement on paid digital assets Impact on brand visibility and qualified pipeline growth What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in running digital ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) Strong analytical mindset with data-led decision-making Experience in real estate or coworking is a plus Self-starter who can take end-to-end ownership of performance campaigns Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad managers Portfolio/case studies of campaigns you've managed is mandatory Why Join Us?
