Role Description

This is a full-time performance marketer role. As a Performance Marketer at WebArt Technology Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for executing and optimizing online campaigns to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance metrics, managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, developing strategies to improve ROI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. This is an on-site role based in Kolkata.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels
• Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and developing strategies to improve ROI
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and other marketing software
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing or performance marketing are a plus
