Job Summary

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation. You will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to position Venture X as a leader in flexible office solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients through strategic outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue targets for assigned locations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, real estate consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the coworking and commercial real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Represent Venture X at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership.
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Proven track record in real estate, coworking, or flexible workspace industries.
  • Strong network of brokers, consultants, and corporate contacts preferred.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • MBA is a plus.
