Job Description

Role Definition You are the strategic and executional leader of the Performance Marketing department at Haris&Co. Your job is to deliver exceptional ROI-driven marketing outcomes for all clients across Meta, Google, and other paid media platforms - by driving strategy, building systems, leading the team, and owning client success end-to-end. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables 1. Strategy & Client Results Create result-oriented media plans for each client across platforms. Set monthly ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA targets in alignment with client KPIs. Ensure ad creatives, targeting, budgets, and funnels are optimized for performance. Troubleshoot underperforming accounts and deploy solutions quickly. Deliverables: Approved performance strategy for every client. Monthly and quarterly client performance reports with insights + recommendations. 2. Team Leadership & Development Build, lead, and mentor a team of performance marketers and ad specialists. Run weekly training, feedback, and ideation sessions. Set performance KPIs for each team member and conduct monthly 1:1 reviews. Deliverables: Fully functional team with clear accountability. Documented team growth roadmap & training SOPs. 3. Systemization & Innovation Build SOPs, dashboards, and automation systems for campaign reporting, budget tracking, and performance monitoring. Implement A/B testing, creative testing, funnel testing frameworks. Evaluate and integrate AI/ad-tech tools for efficiency and scale. Deliverables: A single source of truth dashboard for all client performance. Monthly innovation updates (e.g., new tools, experiments, automation). 4. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Coordinate with account managers, sales, and creative teams to align on briefs and goals. Join key client calls to present strategies and performance updates. Escalate critical issues and solutions to leadership proactively. Deliverables: Monthly reporting decks for internal leadership & external clients. Weekly status updates to CEO/CGO. KPIs & Metrics Client Results Track and improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CAC across all accounts. Retention & Satisfaction Measured by client retention rate and number of renewals. Team Management Evaluated based on team productivity, training hours, and internal promotions. Campaign Innovation Percentage of campaigns using new tests, tools, or ad strategies. Profitability Maintain healthy account margins and ensure campaigns stay within budget. Systemization Assessed by SOP implementation and dashboard usage across the team. Growth Goals (3-6-12 Month View) Month 1–3 Audit all active client accounts and performance. Implement SOPs, dashboards, and baseline performance tracking. Train and align the team to new standards. Month 4–6 Increase average ROAS/CPL performance by 20–30%. Launch 2–3 innovative experiments or AI/automation systems. Identify and fix all margin leakage. Month 7–12 Build a bench of A-level media buyers in the team. Set up Performance Marketing as a profit centre with full P&L clarity. Become a key figure in client renewal and expansion conversations.
