Job Summary

Performance Analyst

Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data across business units, products, or projects.
Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success against company goals.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership to support decision-making.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, or improvement areas.
Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, and sales teams to ensure aligned performance strategies.
Monitor competitor benchmarks and industry trends for comparative analysis.
Provide recommendations for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
Support leadership in strategic planning and forecasting.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.
Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in performance analysis, business analytics, or operations management.
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
