Performance Analyst

As a candidate for the role, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting online and offline campaign performance measurement, optimization, and reporting. - Creating marketing dashboards for higher management. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, commercial, and supply chain to ensure alignment. - Utilizing web scraping techniques to collect price and marketing asset utilization data. - Analyzing competitive landscaping to evaluate relative brand performance. - Working closely with the digital manager to analyze data from Meta and Google platforms. - Maintaining close coordination with the marketing team, including digital, traditional (ATL/BTL), and trade marketing personnel. Qualifications and Functional Skills required for this role: - A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or related fields. - Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, problem-solving, and dashboard creation. - Knowledge of Power BI will be considered a plus. Role and Compensation details: Please note that this is an off-roll position which may transition to an on-roll position based on performance and the availability of new openings within 1-2 years.
