Role-Operations Team Leader Location-Lucknow Key Responsibilities Team Management: Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality. Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company standards and prepare regular reports for management. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum of 3 years, with at least 1 year in a team leader role within operations. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
