Position Description

We are seeking a People Technology & Analytics Specialist to design, implement, and optimize HR technology workflows and analytics. This role requires strong problem-solving, process mapping, and automation expertise to enable scalable, efficient people processes. The specialist will also leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights where relevant, to improve decision-making and employee experience. This role is ideal for professionals with 35 years of experience in HR technology, people analytics, or process automation.

Key Responsibilities

HR Tech & Workflow Design

  • Design, configure, and manage HR technology workflows (Zing HRMS, MS Teams integrations, automation platforms).
  • Develop process maps, workflow configurations, and database table designs to enable scalable HR processes.
  • Lead workflow standardization and process improvements across HR functions.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to translate people processes into tech-enabled workflows. Automation & Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive HR tasks using workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zing HRMS).
  • Enable self-service solutions (dashboards, workflow approvals, automated reporting).
  • Drive efficiency by embedding automation & AI intelligence into HR processes where feasible. People Analytics & Reporting
  • Design and deliver HR dashboards and reports (Excel, SQL, Power BI) with monthly/quarterly reporting frequency.
  • Conduct accurate data pulls and standardize reporting formats across HR.
  • Translate HR data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Apply predictive analytics/AI selectively (e.g., attrition risk, workforce demand forecasting, employee sentiment analysis

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR Technology and HR Product workflows (Zing/Zoho/SAP/Workday/Oracle).
  • Proficiency in analytics/dashboarding tools/platform MS Excel (advanced), Power BI, and SQL (basic).
  • Exposure with workflow automation tools/platform (MS Power Automate, MS Powerapp, MS Teams integrations).
  • Exposure to AI-based tools for management of self-service chatbots (preferred) (e.g., MS Copilot Studio).
  • Ability to create process maps, workflow configurations, and standardized formats (using tools such as MS Visio).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 35 years of relevant experience in HR Technology, People Analytics, or Process Automation.
  • Prior experience with HR Technology Products, workflow automation, AI & analytics platforms is desirable.
