Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for key roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and manage a seamless onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.

2. Culture & Engagement

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs, celebrations, and recognition initiatives.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and pulse surveys to measure engagement.
  • Promote company values and culture through creative internal communication and events.
  • Create a workplace where people feel valued, heard, and motivated.

3. Performance & Growth

  • Support department heads in goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles.
  • Identify learning & development needs and coordinate relevant trainings or workshops.
  • Build growth frameworks and career development programs for key talent.

4. HR Operations & Policies

  • Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and compliance.
  • Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle employee grievances with fairness, empathy, and confidentiality.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with finance and admin teams for HR-related matters.

5. Leadership Partnering

  • Work closely with leadership to shape people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support change management and help teams stay aligned during organizational shifts.
  • Serve as a cultural advisor and employee advocate to management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Knowledge of modern HR practices, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Creative mindset to design engaging people programs.
  • Organized, process-oriented, and hands-on with execution.
  • Comfort with HR tools (HRMS, Excel, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with maturity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
