Payroll & HR Operation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations cum Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR processes along with administrative coordination. This role combines critical functions such as payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, recruitment support, and office administration.

Payroll:

1. Prepare monthly inputs required for salary processing.
2. Check monthly attendance and ensure payroll is processed as per attendance records.
3. Ensure accuracy and timely remittance of payroll to all employees.
4. Resolve employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll.
5. Prepare statutory compliance inputs (PF, PT, ESIC) and share with consultants.

HR Operation:

1. Draft and issue HR documents such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience, and Relieving Letters.
2. Coordinate with employees for documentation and update the HRMIS system.
3. Manage the employee exit process and ensure smooth off boarding.
4. Process full and final settlements of separated employees.
5. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities.
6. Arrange logistics and resources for engagement events.
7. Draft and send communication emails for festivals, birthdays, anniversaries, and work anniversaries.
8. Track and update daily employee attendance and provide regular attendance reports to the management for monitoring and payroll purposes.

Administrative Support:

1. Liaise with vendors for various office requirements such as diaries, visiting cards, carpentry work, and other administrative needs, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
