Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers through phone, email, or chat to handle queries, complaints, and service requests.
Maintain daily business MIS reports including order tracking, sales data, PnL, and other operational metrics.
Update customer service records and follow-up status for internal review.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and basic data analysis using Excel.
Support internal teams with ad-hoc reports or documentation as needed.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
