Job Description

The Payroll Executive will manage payroll for a large workforce deployed across multiple client sites. The role requires high attention to detail, ensuring compliance with labour laws, accurate wage calculations, overtime management, and statutory filings for security guards and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end payroll processing for a distributed workforce (guards, supervisors, back-office staff).
Collate and verify duty rosters, attendance, and overtime data from site officers.
Calculate wages as per the Minimum Wages Act, overtime rules, and client contracts.
Ensure timely disbursement of salaries through bank transfers or as per client requirements.
File and manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA compliance).
Handle wage registers, muster rolls, and client payroll reports.
Resolve employee queries related to salaries, deductions, or statutory benefits.
Support HR in audits and inspections from labour authorities.

Qualifications & Skills

Any Graduate.
1-2 years of experience in payroll (preferably security services/manpower outsourcing).
