Responsible for maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner. Final accounts preparation and coordination with CA. knowledge of TDS, Income tax rules Knowledge of GST filing, bank reconciliation etc. Supervise and coordinate Security Guard, housekeeper, and maintenance personnel. Manage budgets and financial records. Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Ensure safety and security protocols are in place and followed. Key Skills: Basic computer knowledge with Tally Prime, Excel, Word.
