We are looking for "Recruitment Executive " for our Manpower service provider company in Saltlake Sec-V (College more).

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for security, housekeeping, and facility management roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for suitability based on job requirements and company culture.
• Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Job Posting and Advertisements:
• Create and manage job postings for security, housekeeping, and facility management roles on various platforms.
• Ensure job descriptions are accurate, detailed, and align with company policies and industry standards.
• Candidate Evaluation:
• Conduct background checks, verification of work experience, and security clearances for potential candidates.
• Evaluate the skills, experience, and personality of candidates to ensure they meet the requirements for security, housekeeping, and facility roles.
• Prepare and deliver recruitment reports to the relevant departments.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with facility managers, security teams, and other relevant departments to understand specific staffing needs and requirements.
• Maintain good working relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors to source high-quality candidates etc.
