We are looking for a sharp, proactive Recruitment Executive who understands hiring beyond just closing positions, someone who can build teams, not just fill roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders and founders
• Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and networking
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate technical rounds
• Maintain and update the candidate database regularly
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities
• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi; Gujarati is a plus)
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring metrics
• Ability to hire for creative, marketing, design, tech, and sales roles
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred Profile

• Experience hiring for digital marketing agencies or creative firms
• Familiar with ATS tools and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Mindset focused on quality hiring, not bulk hiring
