You will be part of the HV Services team at Hitachi Vantara in Hyderabad, India, where you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing data infrastructure for various clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 8+ years of hands-on experience working on NetApp CDOT and possessing knowledge of HNAS or hands-on experience in HNAS would be an added advantage. - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the NetApp C Mode and familiarity with NetApp Active IQ Manager, OCUM, On Command System manager, and CLI commands. - Configuring and managing SVM/Volume based replication, cluster configuration, setting up LIFs, cluster interconnect, and other tasks as per Industry Best practices. - Implementing Storage Efficiency, Storage QOS, Performance Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Problem Determination using NetApp tools. - Planning and executing verification/validation for required patches/microcode upgrades. - Configuring and managing NetApp Cluster Aggregates, Volumes, Qtrees, Snapshots, SVMs, SMB/CIFS shares, NFS exports, and dual protocol shares. - Migrating Data from any storage Array to NetApp C Mode Storage Array and allocating block storage to NetApp CDOT filer. - Working on mounting shares on Unix Windows based systems and troubleshooting. - Configuring SAN Switches, adding new switches to an existing fabric, Merging switch fabrics, Trunking, Switch Migrations, etc. - Collaborating with multiple vendors to resolve complex technical problems and performing Root Cause Analysis on storage issues. - Assisting team members, mentoring BAU support teams, and working as an Individual Contributor. - Translating business requirements into technology solutions and implementing Best Practices. As a CloudOps Engineer in the Information Technology department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and management of the AWS/Azure cloud platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a good understanding of Cloud Services, design, and configuration on enterprise systems. - Utilizing Cloud administration tools such as Console & CLI to manage cloud environments effectively. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to define Cloud system specifications based on the organization's needs. - Understanding architectural requirements and providing support for various cloud-related activities. - Having familiarity with both Windows & Linux platforms for seamless cloud operations. - Proficiency in utilizing services like EC2, VPC, ELB, S3, Cloud Watch, Event Bridge, SNS, IAM, Cloud Front, and Lambda. - Experience in managing three-tier highly scalable architectures with multiple DR/Production Client environments, including various AWS services like Load Balancer, DNS, WAF, Security Groups, Auto Scaling, etc. - Managing Bastion host for secure access to instances in private and public subnets. - Creating and managing AMI/Snapshots/Volumes, as well as upgrading/downgrading AWS resources. - Setting up CloudWatch alarms and monitoring resources like EC2 instances and load balancers, with configurations for Alerts to slack channels. - Administration tasks such as managing AD server access, lifecycle policies for data management, VPC peering, and VPC flow logs. - Conducting monthly patching on stage and production servers to ensure system security. - Handling user/role management for AWS accounts during on-boarding and off-boarding processes. JD: Proven experience as a Splunk Engineer with a focus on Splunk Cost Management, Performance Bottlenecks, search and dashboard optimization. Optimize search queries and ensure efficient use of resources within the Splunk environment Strong understanding of Splunk architecture, search processing language (SPL), and data models Proficiency in system monitoring and triaging with monitoring tools Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
