Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance for a large, distributed workforce (PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.). Maintain and update statutory registers, wage registers, and muster rolls for all employees deployed at client sites. Coordinate with payroll for timely deduction and deposit of statutory contributions. Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns (PF, ESI, PT, etc.). Manage contractor compliance documentation, including submission of compliance reports to clients. Track and renew statutory licenses and registrations (Contract Labour License, Security Agency License, Labour Welfare Registrations, etc.). Support audits, inspections, and visits from statutory authorities and provide required documentation. Maintain client-wise compliance MIS and ensure compliance certificates are shared with clients on time. Ensure compliance clauses in client contracts are adhered to and flag any risks to management. Assist in handling employee grievances related to compliance (PF withdrawal, ESI benefits, etc.). Qualifications & Skills Any Graduate Key Competencies Detail-oriented and methodical approach.
